Exchange Policy:
At Meenachikankari, we strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
Return and Exchange Terms:
1. Return and Exchange Window: 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Refund/Exchange: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days.
How to Return/Exchange:
1. Contact our customer service team via Whatsapp (+91 98397 28670) or email within 3 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and a clear photograph of the item.
3. Our team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
Exceptions:
1. Custom-made or altered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Items damaged or soiled by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Do we accept returns and refunds?
We do accept returns or issue refunds.
If Product Delivery as not as we promised or something Damage or any unfortunate Incident took place we will refund or exchange it.
₹114 For Reverse Shipment Charges. ( Only to be pay when there is no fault by our end Regarding Size, Design, Embroidery, Etc.)
Exceptions:
If we don’t have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit or Refund in such cases. The validity of the Store credit will be 3 month. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.
